Here's how your Official Ticket and Hotel Package will look!

Before your break:

The lead booker will receive an email around 10 days before the event. This will include your ticket information, and all other important information you'll need to know before the start of your break.

When you arrive:

Check in at the hotels is usually around 3pm, but don’t worry if you’re there before, the hotel will store your luggage, so you can head straight out. If you’re unsure about your specific check in times, drop us an email or give us a call – it’s no problem.

Event Day:

Remember, you’ll be sent your important information around 10 days before the event, so you’ll know what time to arrive and which entrance to use.

Home time:

Sadly, it’s time to head home. You’ll need to check out by mid-day (again, be aware that some hotels may have a slightly earlier or later check out time) but if you’re planning on enjoying one more day around Staffordshire, the hotel will store your bags.
