Your Itinerary

At the airport:

In your pre-flight information we will inform you about check in procedures and times.

When you arrive:

Upon arrival in Vegas, your Sportsbreaks reps will be waiting to take you to your hotel, via coach transfer.

Check in at these hotels is usually around 3pm, but don’t worry if you’re there before, the hotel will store your luggage, so you can head straight out. If you’re unsure about your specific check in times, drop us an email or give us a call – it’s no problem.

At the event:

Home time:

Sadly, it’s time to head home. You’ll need to check out by mid-day (again, be aware that some hotels may have a slightly earlier or later check out time) but if you’re planning on enjoying one more day in Vegas, the hotel will store your bags.

Your itinerary (provided closer to the event date) will tell you what time your airport transfer will be waiting for you.
