In a nutshell, here's how your weekend will look:
Thursday or Friday - Simply start exploring! Check in opens at 3pm, but don’t worry if you arrive before, the hotel will store your luggage so that you can head straight out.
You’ll find the notice board in your hotel reception, this will display all important information and transfer times for the weekend.
Your Sportsbreaks.com reps will also be around in case you have any questions.
Saturday - Grab some breakfast and meet in reception for your early morning transfer to the circuit. When you arrive at the circuit, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back after the race. You’ll be a short walk from the entrance and ready for an amazing day at quali. The transfer back to Budapest will be at approximately 18:00.

Sunday - Race day!
Good news…we’re all heading to the track today!
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then meet in reception for your circuit transfer. When you arrive your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back here after the race. Then, it’s over to you to enjoy a fun fuelled day of racing. You’ll have a fantastic day! The transfer back to Budapest will be at approximately 19:00.
Monday - After a great weekend, sadly, it’s time to head home.
You’ll need to check out by mid-day (some hotels may have slightly earlier or later check out times) but if you’re not ready to leave, the hotel will store your bags and you can explore.
