Here’s how your weekend will look!

The Hotel – Check in is usually from 3pm, but this can be different at each hotel. If you're not sure, please email us and we'll check for you. If you arrive at your hotel before check in opens, you might not be able to check in straight away, but you’ll be able to store your bags so you can get your weekend started!

When it’s your turn to go home, you’ll need to check out usually by 12-noon (again this can be different by hotel so we can check for you if you're not sure), and there’ll be somewhere to store your bags if you’re not leaving until later, so you can carry on enjoying your last day in Edinburgh.

The Match – Your match tickets will be sent via the Scottish Rugby app. The lead person on your booking will receive information on how to download this app/the tickets, closer to the fixture.

We’ll need to take some details for everyone joining us for this Six Nations fixture:

• Full name (as it is written in each passport)

• Date of Birth

The lead person on the booking needs to be 18 or over, and we’ll need a postal address, phone number and email address for them, as well as payment details.

At the time of booking, we will take a deposit of £100.00pp. We will then take the remaining amount, 10 weeks before the fixture (16th December 2023).

If you book with less than 10 weeks to go, we will take full payment at the time of booking.

You can choose to pay the booking in full, at checkout, if you wish.

We want to make sure you have everything there is to know, so have a read of the ‘important info’ on the last screen before you finish your booking.
