Before your break:
The lead passenger will receive an email around 7 -14 days before the event. This will include your ticket information, and any other important info we need you to know before race day and your hotel stay.
When you arrive:
Check in at your chosen hotel will be around 3pm, but if you need to arrive before, the hotel can store your luggage. If you’re unsure about your specific check-in times, drop us an email or give us a call.
At the races:
Grab your tickets and head to the racecourse for the gate opening time. You’ll have received an email around 7 - 14 days before the race, so you’ll know any important information well in advance.
It’s sure to be an amazing day packed with lots of action and laughter.
Home time:
Sadly, it’s time to head home. You’ll need to check out by mid-day (some hotels may have a slightly earlier or later check out time) but if you’re planning on enjoying your last day in town, the hotel will store your bags.
