Here’s how your weekend will look!
The Hotel – Check in is usually from 3pm, but this can be different at each hotel. If you're not sure, please email us and we'll check for you. If you arrive at your hotel before check in opens, you might not be able to check in straight away, but you will be able to store you bags so you can get your Match Break started!
When it’s your turn to go home, you’ll need to check out usually by 12-noon (again this can be different by hotel so we can check for you if you're not sure), and there’ll be somewhere to store your bags if you’re not leaving until later, so you can carry on enjoying your last day in Paris.
The Match – Your match tickets will be sent via email to the lead supporter in your booking 3-5 days prior to the match.
You'll catch all the action in Paris on the final weekend:
Friday 27th October – Bronze Final
Saturday 28th October – World Cup Final
Here's some things we need you to know:
Our package includes an Official Rugby World Cup France Category 4 match ticket to the final.
Our event packs contain your essential RWC 2023 merchandise; including a Rugby World Cup ball, cap, bobble hat and more!

We’ll need to take some details for everyone joining us at the Rugby World Cup France 2023:
· Full name (as it is written in each passport)
· Passport numbers (including valid /expiry date)
· Date of Birth
The lead person on the booking needs to be 18 or over, and we’ll need a postal address, phone number and email address for them, as well as payment details.
We’ll take a 25% deposit when you book, another 25% on 31st March 2022 and the final balance on 31st March 2023.
Bookings made after 31st March 2022 will be charged 50% with the final balance due on 31st March 2023.
If you book after 31st March 2023, we will take full payment at the time of booking.
We want to make sure you have everything there is to know, so have a read of the ‘important info’ on the last screen before you finish your booking.

And once you’re all booked…
We’ll be in touch around 14 days before the match with your documents. These will include your finalised accommodation details, along with your e-ticket/ticket dispatch information. We'll add any other useful information we'd like you to know here too.
