Here’s some things we need you to know:

Only 4 x General Admission Standing remaining (Saturday & Sunday)

Only 8 x Silver Eastside 2 Grandstand remaining (Saturday & Sunday)
Transportation (not included)
From the hotel To Zandvoort is approximately 1 hour. From Metro stop Kronenburg take the tram to Station South and then the train to Zandvoort. From Station Zandvoort it will be a 15 minute walk to the circuit.
The Circuit
During this event, the house rules must be respected. Please read them carefully in order to avoid disappointment:
– Smoking is prohibited on the entire event site
– Cool boxes, parasols, folding chairs and other foldable chairs/stools are not allowed
– Parasols and umbrellas are not permitted.
– Fireworks or torches will be confiscated during the bag check at the gate
– Professional cameras are not allowed. Professional cameras are not allowed. A camera without a large removable lens is allowed.
– Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. Do you have a medical necessity to bring your own food and drinks? Please report this to one of our staff members at the entrance gate to avoid any misunderstandings.
There are no lockers around or on the event site. Any items taken will be disposed of in the appropriate waste containers and will not be taken into storage.
When you leave the event area, it is not possible to come back again. So please take this into account.
Your ticket is valid on Saturday and Sunday.
You can’t pay cash anywhere within the circuit. CM.com Circuit Zandvoort operate work with recycling tokens. You exchange the token the first time for a free cup/can. When you return the empty cup/can, you will receive a new, clean cup/can or a recycling token. Have you lost your recycling token? Then you can buy a new one at the bar. You will receive your first token when you scan your ticket at the entrance gate.

We’ll need to take some details for everyone joining us at the Dutch Grand Prix:
•Full name (as it is written in each passport)
•Date of Birth
•Passport Information
It’s ok if you don’t have everyone’s passport details to hand right now, but within a week of making your booking, we’ll need:
Passport Number
Passport Expiry Date
Passport Country of Issue/Nationality
The lead person on the booking needs to be 18 or over, and we’ll need a postal address, phone number and email address for them, as well as payment details.
We’ll take a 25% deposit when you book, another 25% on 13th February 2023 and the final balance due on 16th June 2023.
Bookings made on or after 13th February we will take a 50% deposit and the final balance due on 16th June 2023.
If you book on or after 16th June, we will take full payment at the time of booking.
We want to make sure you have everything there is to know, so have a read of the ‘important info’ on the last screen before you finish your booking.

And once you’re all booked…
We’ll be in touch around 14 days before the race with your travel documents. These will include your accommodation details, along with your e-ticket/ticket dispatch information. We'll add any other useful information we'd like you to know here too.
