If you are joining from Cobham services please be aware that you will need to arrange you own parking for your vehicle.

If anyone on your booking needs any special assistance for reduced mobility, disability, or any other medical condition, please add details in the ‘Medical Conditions’ field at the time of booking. We will be operating coaches with DDA access for those who need it. There are limited DDA spaces per coach, so we will need all supporters with assistance requests to fill out a Mobility Assistance Form for the new season to prioritise spaces. Once you have booked, we will email you the form which will need to be completed within 24 hours of booking.

We’ll send you your finalised travel itinerary by email, around 3-5 days before the match. 

In a nutshell...

You’ll need to be at your pick-up point at least 15 minutes before the coach is due to set off. The stewards will check you off their list and you’ll be away in good time, to get to the ground ready for the pre-match build up. The coach will not wait for late comers.

We’ll park in the official away supporter’s car park, which is usually just next to the away turnstiles. This will be confirmed in the final itinerary.

After the match, make your way back to the coaches. They’ll set off around 30 minutes after the full-time whistle, but if everyone is back early, they’ll leave right away!

If you’re not going to use the coach for either leg of the journey, let the stewards know by ringing or texting the number on your travel itinerary. 

We’ll let you know your finalised timings on the travel itinerary, which will be sent to you via email, around 3-5 days before match day.

Need to Know

What do you need to apply?

To book this coach travel, you must be a 23/24 season ticket holder, in possession of an official match ticket purchased from the club.

The name on your booking must match the name on the season ticket or membership number provided.

For each person on your booking, we need:

Full name

Membership number

Date of Birth

The lead person on the booking needs to be 18 or over, and we’ll need a postal address, phone number, email address and payment details. 

Each supporter on your booking will need to buy a match ticket from the club to be able to travel with us. We will provide the club with details of each booking, and your travel will be cancelled if you don’t have the right level of membership or haven’t bought an official ticket. 

Payment and Application Process

Coaches will only be run subject to a minimum number of supporters booking. Card details will be required during the booking process, but no payment will be taken at this time. Payment will be taken automatically once minimum numbers have been met, so you should ensure payment can be taken from your card up until a week before the fixture. If payment is unsuccessful, your booking may be cancelled. Please be aware that we may be required to oversubscribe applications to ensure we meet minimum numbers. We will let you know at least a week in advance of the match if the coach will be operating and if your application has been successful.

Availability and access to certain services/seating may be limited by the service provider so we’d like it if you’d you talk to us about what you need before booking. There are only a limited number of spaces available at Stamford Bridge, so we advise booking early to guarantee your space. If you have selected this option, once your booking is confirmed, your parking is guaranteed. Car parking will not be available to supporters who have not pre-booked with sportsbreaks.com.
