ACCESSING YOUR MANCHESTER UNITED TICKETS

If you are having trouble accessing your Manchester United tickets, please follow this process:

  1. Log in to Manchester United website.
  2. Select ‘ticket & hospitality‘ at the top of the page and then match tickets.
  3. Select your profile on the top right hand corner and click general info.
  4. Once selected general info, scroll down the page to ‘managed linked accounts‘ and create a relationship.
  5. Select ‘in app ticketing‘ as the relationship type and select yes when it asks ‘Does this person exist.’
  6. From here, you will add the supporter ID and last name of the secondary guest and press identify.
  7. Wait 5-10 minutes for the Manchester United app to update with this new relationship type.
  8. Open your Manchester United app and scroll down to ‘My Tickets.’ Once you select ‘My Tickets,’ you should now see your next available fixture(s).
  9. Click on the fixture and scroll down to ‘Add to Apple Wallet‘ or ‘Add to Google Wallet.’
  10. Verify that your ticket is now in your phone wallet… and you’re all good to go!

How do I download Manchester United’s official app?

It’s really easy to download the Manchester United App from your smartphone or tablet device. If you’re using an iPhone, iPad or Apple device just head to the App Store. If you’re on an Android device, simply go to the Play Store.

How do I log into the Manchester United App?

Around 7-14 days before your chosen fixture, you should have received an email from SportsBreaks, titled ‘Your Sportsbreaks Match Ticket.’ Here, you will find your membership information, which will allow you to log into the app and access your tickets.

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND MY SUPPORTER ID?

If you haven’t received your Supporter ID yet, which would have been sent from Manchester United, please contact us on 0333 230 9115 or email [email protected]

If you have 2 different Supporter ID’s – Please let us know which ID you can see in your app or when you have logged in to your account online. Your ticket(s) will need to be reissued to the correct Supporter ID.

I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE TICKET, HOW DO I ACCESS THE OTHERS?

When you booked, if you have supplied us with your guests’ emails addresses, please ask each guest to check their emails, there would also need to download the Manchester United App and follow the guide to download their ticket

If your email address is with Gmail and you can only see 1 of your tickets, please check and scroll down the email chain as each ticket is sent separately. Hopefully you will be able to see the other tickets.

Manchester United Ticketing and Membership Services Office

On matchdays, the Manchester United Ticket and Membership Services Office is located in Car Park W2, just behind the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand at Old Trafford. If you’re walking around the stadium, head to the north-west side, away from the main Sir Matt Busby Way entrance. Look out for signs for W2/ Ticketing & Membership Services, and staff will be nearby to help guide you. The office opens five hours before kick-off or from 9am, whichever is later.
