Sportbreaks.com E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Gift Card Terms”)

1. These Gift Card Terms govern the purchase and use of E-Gift Cards. By purchasing an E-Gift Card, you confirm that you:

(a) have read these Gift Card Terms and have the authority and do agree to be bound by them;

(b) are over 18 years of age; and

(c) consent to our use of any personal data collected through the purchase and/or use of the E-Gift Card in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. General 

2.1. These Gift Card Terms apply to any E-Gift Card purchased online through the Sportsbreaks.com website (https://www.sportsbreaks.com/) or by calling 0333 270 9115. 

2.2. The value of your E-Gift Card can be redeemed online through the Sportsbreaks.com website or by calling 0333 270 9115 and can be used to contribute towards any booking.

2.3. E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and they cannot be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another E-Gift Card. 

2.4. You are able to select the value of the E-Gift Card from the amounts available at the time and up to maximum stated, which may amended from to time and which will be represented in GBP. 

2.5. We reserve the right to reject any E-Gift Card that, in our opinion, has been tampered with, forged, altered, reconstructed or is otherwise unacceptable in any way. 

2.6. We reserve the right to update and change these Gift Card Terms at any time.

2.7. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

3. Validity

3.1. The E-Gift Card will be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and will expire automatically. The E-Gift Card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the E-Gift Card will become invalid. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of an E-Gift Card expiry and it is your responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to the expiry date.

3.2. The E-Gift Card shall expire automatically once the balance has been redeemed in full.

3.3. E-Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or part of a booking with Sportsbreaks.com. If the booking commences after the expiry of the E-Gift Card, any balance used towards that booking will still be valid. When using an E-Gift Card towards a Sportbeaks.com booking, all of our usual Booking Terms and Conditions apply to that booking. 

3.4. The E-Gift Card can be used more than once until the balance has been redeemed in full. Only one E-Gift Card can be used to pay for the whole or part of any one booking. 

3.5. It is not possible to transfer the balance from one E-Gift Card to another. 

3.6. Bookings made using the E-Gift Card as payment, in full or in part, that are subsequently cancelled, will be reimbursed in accordance with the Booking Terms and Conditions , firstly to the E-Gift Card to the value originally redeemed and secondly via the initial payment method used to make the booking

3.7. We reserve the right to withdraw the sale of E-Gift Cards at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Lost or Stolen E-Gift Cards

You are solely responsible for the safekeeping and security of the E-Gift Card. In cases where your E-Gift is lost or stolen, we are unable to replace or reimburse the balance on the E-Gift Card and we are not liable for any balance lost on the E-Gift Card as a result of theft or fraud. We are not responsible for any unauthorised use of the E-Gift Card. If you no longer have access to your E-Gift Card and/or you believe it has been stolen or used, please contact us 0333 270 9115.

5. Law and Jurisdiction

These Gift Card Terms shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of English and Wales.
