What do you need to book…?
We need some details for everyone going to the match:
Full name (as it is written in each photo ID)
Date of Birth
The lead person on the application needs to be 18 or over, and we’ll need a postal address, phone number and email address for them, as well as payment details.
We’ll take a £100 per person deposit when you book, and the final balance 14 weeks before you head to Manchester.
You also need to know…..
Tickets
Match tickets are in the home end of Old Trafford, and you’ll need to be supporting Man Utd to buy this SportsBreak. If it looks like you’re supporting the opposition, you might not get in to the stadium, or once you’re in the stewards won’t let you stay.
We can’t guarantee that all of your seats at the match will be sat next to each other, but it’s very unlikely that they won’t be. If there’s kids under 18 on your booking, they will 100% be sat next to an adult in your group.
*Seats are usually in the North East Quadrant, however this may change.
Memberships
Each person on your booking will get a free Official Man Utd Membership. Man Utd will send you a Membership code per person by email the day after you've been to the match. You'll need to follow the link on the email to the Official Man Utd Membership site, enter the details of each person who is becoming a member, and redeem the code at the payment stage. You'll also need to enter payment card details (this is for verification and no money will be taken from your card). If you're already a Man Utd Member, you can pass the code on to your family and friends so they can become a member too, or if all of your friends and family are already members, you can apply to Man Utd for a refund of the membership cost.
Fixture Changes
This bit is really important! Premier League fixtures can change date and kick-off time as close as a couple of weeks before they’re played. All sorts can affect the times and dates of matches; the TV schedules and other competitions are the usual reasons. The Premier League will announce confirmed match dates and times usually no later than 4 weeks before they’re played, but every so often, it can be a little later.
We’d recommend that you hang fire with booking your travel to the match until the kick off date and time has been confirmed.
If the match you've booked has its date and/or time changed you'll get an email from us telling you what to do next.
Have a read of the ‘important info’ on the last screen before you finish your booking to get more details on everything you need to know including a bit more on 'fixture changes'.
Museum & Stadium Tours and Programmes
If you’ve booked a Museum and Stadium Tour, you’ll need to ring Man Utd on 0161 868 8000, option 3 to book a time slot. Stadium Tours don’t operate on match day because of security at the stadium.
If you’ve bought a match day programme, you’ll get a voucher with your match tickets that you can hand in at an Official programme booth on match day.
