In a nutshell…
Your VIP area opens at around 08:30 and you’ll be in an amazing spot, very close to the start line. You’ll catch all the action, including team presentations and rider interviews, while being surrounded by likeminded fans, guaranteeing the super atmosphere you’d expect at the Tour of Britain.
You’ll have around 3 hours in the venue, but exact timings will be confirmed on your final documentation around 7-10 days before the race.
The race starts at around 10am but ETA’s for each stage will be published in August, so you know when and where to expect the riders.
The sixth stage of the Tour of Britain will cross the Pennines from Cumbria to a stage finish in the town of Gateshead on what will be one of the hardest stages of the 2021 race.
The race usually finishes at around 3/4pm, but ETA's will be released in August later this year.
