Please note: All bookings are on request and will be confirmed within 2 working days after placing your booking (subject to availability).
We’ll need to take some details for everyone joining us at the Singapore Grand Prix:
•Full name (as it is written in each passport)
•Date of Birth
•Passport Information
It’s ok if you don’t have everyone’s passport details to hand right now, but within a week of making your booking, we’ll need:
Passport Number
Passport Expiry Date
Passport Country of Issue/Nationality
The lead person on the booking needs to be 18 or over, and we’ll need a postal address, phone number and email address for them, as well as payment details.
We’ll take a 50% deposit when you book, and the final balance 14 weeks before you travel (9th June 2023)
If you book with less than 14 weeks to go, we will take full payment at the time of booking (9th June 2023)

And once you’re all booked…
We’ll be in touch around 14 days before the race with your travel documents. These will include your finalised flight and accommodation details, along with your e-ticket/ticket dispatch information. We'll add any other useful information we'd like you to know here too.
