Here’s some things we need you to know:
There are no airport or circuit transfers included. We are more than happy to advise on airport transfers, if you require them.
Tickets are very likely to be e-tickets. We will send these to you approx. 14 days before race day.
Single traveller? You can request a package price by emailing hello@sportsbreaks.com.
With this being the 1st year of this brand new race, we are still waiting for an update on the circuit vendors, methods of payment and all the other ins/outs of the circuit experience.

Book with confidence. You can be assured that your trip is protected from any unforeseen circumstances.
We’ll need to take some details for everyone joining us at the Las Vegas Grand Prix:
•Full name (as it is written in each passport)
•Date of Birth
The lead person on the booking needs to be 18 or over, and we’ll need a postal address, phone number and email address for them, as well as payment details.
We’ll take a 25% deposit when you book, another 25% on 30th June 2023 and the final balance on the 2nd September 2023.
Bookings made after 30th June will be charged 50% with the final balance due on the 2nd September 2023.
If you book after 2nd September 2023., we will take full payment at the time of booking.
We want to make sure you have everything there is to know, so have a read of the ‘important info’ on the last screen before you finish your booking.

And once you’re all booked…
We’ll be in touch around 14 days before the race with your documents. These will include your finalised accommodation details, along with your e-ticket/ticket dispatch information. We'll add any other useful information we'd like you to know here too.
Please note, this package is 'on request' and flight availability and pricing will be advised before your booking is confirmed.
