Your Itinerary

In a nutshell…….

Here’s how your weekend will look!

Check in at hotels is usually 3pm, but

Friday - Make sure you check out our notice board that will be on your hotel reception for your reps name and number, your transfer times, and loads of other useful info for the weekend. Your reps will be around from Friday to answer any questions you have.

Saturday – if you’ve got a ticket for qualifying, and you’ve booked a transfer to the circuit, the coach will pick you up fairly early in the morning from your hotel, with a rep on board.  Keep an eye on the noticeboard in your hotel for pick up times, and make sure you’re waiting in reception at least 10 minutes before.

When you get to the circuit, we’ll park in the official parking area, and your rep will let you know when the coach will set off back to your hotel.  We’ll leave around 6pm. If you’re running late, or decide to make your own way back, let our reps know so we don’t wait for you.

If you’re not going to the circuit, the day is yours to enjoy!

Sunday – It’s race day!!

Everyone gets a ticket and a transfer to the circuit included in their package.

The coach will pick you up fairly early in the morning from your hotel, with a rep on board.  Keep an eye on the noticeboard in your hotel for pick up times, and make sure you’re waiting in reception at least 10 minutes before.

Monday – After a great weekend, our reps will be heading home.  If you’re staying a bit longer, you can still contact us on the phone if you need us.

When it’s your turn to go home, you’ll need to check out usually by 12-noon (subject to change), and there’ll be somewhere to store your bags if you have a later flight, so you can carry on enjoying your last day in Bergamo.

Have a read of the ‘important info’ on the last screen before you finish your booking to get more details on everything you need to know.

Need to Know

- Circuit transfer time is approx. 1 hour.

- The walk from the coach park to the circuit entrance is approx. 10-20 minutes (depending on which tickets you have).

- The circuit is surrounded by green areas so it can be quite a nice place to have a walk around before entering the circuit.

- We highly recommend checking out Cita Alta, whilst in Bergamo. It's the old town and sits at the highest point of the city. You can access this by taxi, walking or by our personal favourite; the Funiculor Tram.
