1) Do your packages include travel from the UK?

Our standard match breaks do not include travel from the UK.
Our match breaks are created to give you the flexibility to shape your own experience while having the peace of mind that: your match tickets are 100% authentic (official), and the hotel is a standard you’d expect from an Official Travel Agent for RWC 2023.

2) Do your packages include in-resort transfers (to and from the stadium)?

Our standard match breaks do not include transfers to and from the venue unless stated otherwise.

France has excellent transport links, which will take you to and from your hotel, and to the match venue. Our destination guides provide you with lots of information on ways to travel around your chosen city. Our Sportsbreaks.com representatives will also be on hand while you are in France, to give you any advice and tips on getting around and about.

3) Are you running bespoke club trips to RWC 2023?

Sportsbreaks.com are the official travel provider for many UK based Rugby Clubs. We will be investigating all options relating to any bespoke club packages to RWC 2023 in France; including those both with and without travel. Due to flight scheduling and availability at this early stage, we will be unable to provide any details just yet.

If you are booking a RWC 2023 Match Break with us, please let us know which club you support during the booking journey, and we will notify you should any bespoke club trips/events become available, with information on how you can add these to your booking.

4) Can I book for more or less than 2 nights hotel accommodation?

Our standard match breaks are available to book with a minimum of 2 nights’ hotel accommodation, with the option to add extra nights to suit your RWC 2023 experience (subject to availability). We have a great choice of excellent value hotels, some offering up to 4 nights’ stay over match weekend.

Please let us know if what you’re looking for isn’t available on our website. We’re here to help and will explore any options available to you.

5) My friend has made a separate booking, can we be sat together?

Always try to make one booking for you and your travelling party. If your group is larger than 8 people, please contact us and we will process this for you. If you have made a separate booking for your friends or family, it’s no problem, please contact us, and let us know your booking references. We will link your bookings together.

6) Will we be guaranteed to sit together?

We always try our best to make this happen but we can’t always 100% guarantee as it is the venue that seat you not ourselves. Children under the age of 18 will always be sat with an adult.

7) I want to add excursions to my trip, how do I do this?

Specific details on excursions, including prices, are not yet available.
Once you have made your booking, we will keep you updated with any activities/events or excursions that become available, relevant to your trip. We will provide all details on how to book or add this to your Sportsbreaks.com booking. Additionally, our destination guides are packed with information on RWC 2023 host cities. 8) Are you offering any hospitality options to RWC 2023?

Our website will be regularly updated with any additional package options. If what you’re looking for isn’t available, please let us know the details or Sign up to our newsletter and we will let you know if any additional hospitality options become available for RWC 2023 in France.

9) Can I cancel/amend my booking?

Cancellations will be subject to our standard terms and conditions stated here. For more information on any of our conditions of booking, please contact us.

Please note: Terms and conditions relating to any additional packages that become available will be communicated to you separately, via email. If any bespoke club travel/event packages become available, you will be notified via email, with clear information on how to add/amend your booking (T&C’s relating to the change will also be communicated at this time).

10) Can I book for more than 8 people?

Of course, (subject to availability) we can make your RWC 2023 booking for as many people as you like. Contact our team and we’ll help to process your booking.

11) Do you require any special assistance?

If anyone on your booking requires any special assistance for reduced mobility, disability, or any other medical condition, please contact us here. We can provide you with more information about the accessibility of different services and the assistance available from suppliers, or at RWC 2023 venues. Availability and access to certain services/seating may be limited by the service provider, so we’d like it if you’d talk to us about what you need before making your booking.

If you book online, please add information of any special assistance you need in the ‘medical’ box.

12) Are match tickets the same price for adults and children?

Match ticket prices are standard and therefore do not vary between adult and child prices

13) Where in the stadium will my seats be?

When you book a match break with Sportsbreaks.com, you will have the option of 4 ticket categories to choose from. Our stadium maps are available within the booking journey, to help you choose the right seats for you. Please be aware that exact seat locations are not yet available, but you will be seated in a location appropriate to the ticket category you have booked.
